Grilled Cheese--An E-Style THM

A delicious low fat grilled cheese recipe perfect for the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. Considered an E meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted bread
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Cheddar Cheese spread
  • ½-3/4 TBSP reduced-fat mayo
Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick pan (I like ceramic non-stick for this) over medium heat.
  2. Spread each slice of the Ezekiel bread with the reduced-fat mayo
  3. Spread the wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese between the bread slices.
  4. Toast each side until brown and crisp.
Notes
You will need to pair this sandwich with other lean protein such as our Fuel Pull Chocolate Milk recipe or 0% greek yogurt sweetened with fruit and stevia.

Also, this sandwich maxes out you fat grams for an E meal, so anything else you pair with it should be non-fat if possible to avoid making a crossover meal.
