Berry Fresh Fruit Salad with an Orange and Mint Kick!

  • 6 oz. fresh blackberries
  • 6 oz. fresh raspberries
  • 2 pints fresh blueberries
  • 2 lbs. fresh strawberries
  • 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced (chiffonade) fresh mint leaves
  • 6 drops orange essential oil or ½ tsp orange extract
  • ⅛ tsp pure white stevia powder
  1. Wash and drain berries, removing the hulls from strawberries, and cut strawberries into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine the yogurt, sliced mint leaves, orange essential oil, and stevia powder in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt and berries together, cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
