Berry Fresh Fruit Salad with an Orange and Mint Kick!

- 6 oz. fresh blackberries
- 6 oz. fresh raspberries
- 2 pints fresh blueberries
- 2 lbs. fresh strawberries
- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsp thinly sliced (chiffonade) fresh mint leaves
- 6 drops orange essential oil or ½ tsp orange extract
- ⅛ tsp pure white stevia powder
- Wash and drain berries, removing the hulls from strawberries, and cut strawberries into smaller pieces.
- Combine the yogurt, sliced mint leaves, orange essential oil, and stevia powder in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Gently fold the yogurt and berries together, cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
